The representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Although my attempt to return an item I’d purchased at the Pandora store in the Charlotte airport was unsuccessful, the representatives at the MacArthur Mall location were empathetic. I will definitely return once a Marvel Spider-Man charm is released.

The worker who assisted me was very patient with helping me find the perfect gift for my mom. Also she gave me ideas when I needed help and also offer to clean my bracelet without me asking.
