La manager de la tienda en Burlington mall es muy grosera, no ofrece soluciones y en las dos ocasiones que he visitado esta tienda ha sido igual, totalmente desagradable y muy pésima su atención y colaboración

The sale associate was on a rush and she wasn't friendly at all she was making faces while I was there and did not want to help at all unfortunately her name is Eliana N . She works on Burlington Mall Massachusetts. She shouldn't be working at Pandora if she has no patience with customers .

The regal beauty ring I purchased is the worst quality I have ever seen in a ring bought from a jewelry store, especially from a well known establishment. Along with the ring tarnishing almost instantly after wearing it, the initial letter J pendant I purchased along with a chain, I am being told it CANNOT be returned or exchanged although that is EXACTLY WHAT THE RECEIPT STATES...I have original receipt items unused in original packaging.

The employee Hannah D of the Burlington Mall location was incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly, from the moment my mother and I entered the store. We have been loyal Pandora customers for years, but are quite disheartened and disappointed by such an experience. My mothers ring had lost stones for a third time (and were told previously that others also had such a problem), so we were seeking to exchange the ring with receipts of previous transactions. Hannah D was aggressive, accusatory, and argumentative. She said assisting us in returning a damaged product (with a receipt) was her performing a 'courtesy'. She was reluctant to even size my mother's finger when asked, and was extremely dismissive when seeking to purchase a second ring that was the correct size/value. She made us feel unlike any other experience we have had at Pandora, and sadly we will not be back. We are used to customer service that uses respect rather than humiliation.

The ladies were in a bad mood. The attitude was all over their faces. I felt like I was bothering them by asking for help. They didn’t even greet me or even smiled not even once. I had to apologize for every time I asked to see something because she was mad. Hannah needs to start smiling more or quit her job.

I had the best service from Kelsey C # 174695. She was extremely helpful in my return from a broken bracelet received at Christmas. She gave me great advise as to what would be the best route to take for the bracelet. She had a group she was waiting on and as soon as they were set, she beelined over to help. Was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It's the first time I've had Pandora jewelry and was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. Kelsey made it seamless and was absolutely wonderful with a great solution. Left the store thrilled - when does that ever happen!

Sale representatives were not patient at all. There were two representatives who were not friendly and seemed like they were not happy about being at the store. In order for someone to be working in the sale business, the individual must be patient and friendly. Also, the sale representative rushed me throughout my purchase decisions. I have been to this location before, with different representatives, and my visit was great. This time, I was out of luck.
