It felt uncomfortable trying on rings with the sales woman watching with a judging face. I almost felt pressured to pick a ring faster. There was not all the selection I would have wanted as well. What I ended up with, I do love, but I wish I had chosen a different ring. I felt uncomfortable going back to exchange.

They didn’t have the right size bracelet for the one I was returning. I asked them if They could order it for me online because I had a discount applied to my order and they said no. They didn’t care. You would think they would either give me full price for the bracelet or order it for me. Completely dissatisfied with my service. They didn’t even really know how to do the return.

I wanted to see more charms , like a full tray or a book , the associate just pulled out a few. If I could have seen more I would have bought more. She kept asking what kind of charm do I want . How do I know if I can’t see them ?

I was purchasing your princess ring and just needed to get the right size. When I first walked in I was welcomed by your employees, I looked at the ring display trying to find the princess ring and only saw the gold one but need the silver one. I asked one of the associates there if they had the princess ring in silver, she replied with yes and what size. However, when I told her I needed an 8.5 or 9 she told me that you did not have it but she also said she would check. Her attitude was very strong in the statement and it seemed like she did not want to check for me when she was checking she kept on saying no we do not have the size. However, another one of your employees which was much nice said she saw a size 9 in the morning and that there should be one and until she walked over to your stock then the girl that was helping me out saw it. I was just disappointed in the attitude that she was giving me and she seemed like she did not want to do her job, on my receipt, it says that her names is Cassandra. She had blonde hair with her a black headband on.

I am very disappointed with the staffs at this store. They looked very unhappy with at they are doing. She didn’t payed attention on me when I was talking to her explaining why I wanted to exchange my gift. So rude. She showed the options under the glass table looks like I am not thrust to see the merchandise close. The all reception was rude.
