The sale associate was rushing me and everytime I asked for a charm instead of showing me the tray that has it, she took out one charm.

It should be easier to view more merchandise on the floor. It is overwhelming to be asked if you know everything that you want right up front before you have had an opportunity to look at your options. It seems like workers are either too busy to spend time with you or they want to rush through the purchase.

Pandora is giving 30% off on Black Friday (this Friday, it was Wednesday), i live far way so I asked them to give the 30% off today, but they didn’t want to give me it today.

It it expensive One of my charms broke and I do not have the receipt becuase it was a gift. Pandora does not sell that charm anymore

I was actually really satisfied. The only reason why I was not completely happy was because I had to use my credit card to pay and I have to be careful spending or else I will end up having huge credit card bills again. The store manager was very friendly and helped me et what I want.
