My experience at the Pandora store located in the Burlington Ma. Mall was over all great. The sales clerk was nice, easy to talk to and helpful with questions I had. I get excited every time Kelsey is there to help. I know in the future when my boyfriend goes in there to “surprise” me with something, he’ll be in good hands.

Jenna was so sweet and knowledgeable! She showed me exactly what I needed and I was in and out of the store happy with what I needed. She also was able to locate a charm for me that I was searching all over the state for. All over such an amazing experience. Thanks Jenna!

For the disney ring collection there was not enough sizes for me to be highly satisfied. I wanted a ring size 8, but I was told that no size 8's are made in the disney collection.

I felt because my original purchase was defective and I needed an exchange that they were annoyed. The girl who was helping us was very sweet but I had to keep asking for options. She didn’t show us options on her own.

Even we purchased in store on the Valentine’s Day, there’re more customers in store, we still made the line for assistance, but we figured that the salesperson didn’t have enough patience when we were selecting the products.

I bought $135 of merchandise at Peabody store day before. I then bought $42.50 in Burlington next day and brought all merchandise back with receipt from Peabody store and told I didn’t qualify for the free bangle after spending over $150.
