Jenna was tremendous. I am not a regular customer but was in the store to inquire on a product for my mother. Jenna took time to show me all of the items available in the store that fit the criteria I had mentioned. She explained each item. Informed me of the cost and if the item had a sale price. Jenna also informed me of pieces that were being retired and would soon no longer be available. She suggested that I take pictures of the items and took time to lay them out for me against a black background to get more clear photos. The experience was o e of the best retail experiences I have had. Very well done.

I was able to find my ring size in store without having to order online as well as care items for my new jewelry.
