The clasp to my Pandora bracelet had broken and I no longer had the receipt so I was told I could pay a certain amount to get a new one at Natick mall but they did not have it. I waited and saw that they had it back in stock at the Burlington location so I asked and Jenna (sales associate) helped me out and exchanged it for no cost and also gave me some helpful hints to maintain my Pandora jewelry. Made my day ! :)

Today i went it to exchange my princess ring because i got two of them with no receipt. Going in i thought this would be a difficult but the worker was very nice and patient. There were multiple options to chose from and the lady was at was very nice and clear when explaining my options. I ended up getting a ring i love and had a great visit with hopes to be back soon!

Jason was very helpful with my exchange. I ended up in the Burlington store because of a mistake by an associate at the pheasant lane mall store will return to Burlington for further purchases as I said Jason was exceptional
