I am Highly satisfied with yesterdays visit because I was there to purchase a ring for my fiancé the snuck my purchase while I was shopping with her at the Short Hill Mall it wasn't busy it was in and out purchase the store assistant who helped me was nice and fast

The sales associate- Nkayla was very polite, friendly, respectful, supportive, knowledgeable, and had a good over personality and attitude. I would visit this pandora just to be assisted by her again.

I’ve come to this Pandora location in Short Hills, NJ multiple times and the customer service has always been warm and excellent.

My visit was great the sale person was friendly, helpful. One of the charm of a country that I was looking for wasn’t available and she mention they don’t carry it. Pandora should carry all charms from different countries, I shouldn’t have to travel to be able to purchase it. Others than that I will be returning to the store.
