The staff was very friendly and knew the details and what charm I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and very patient while my husband and I looked at some other charms we would like to purchase.

I dealt directly with the store manager and she was extremely helpful and efficient, even while needing to assist her team members. She made suggestions based on which charms I already had and made sure that everything at the counter was clean and sanitized.

The service was extremely professional. Everyone was kind and patient and they also followed great protocols for pandemic safety.

The associate who helped me out was great! She made sure the necessary precautions to combat COVID-19 stayed in place. She was so efficient and so sweet !!

I would like to have My braclet clean however I was told it’s only done at a certain time 11_3pm

I was highly satisfied with the experience because of the speed of getting service and the service received was amazing. My sales associate SolJudith was phenomenal and she made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.
