I was able to exchange my merchandise with no problem. The wait get into the store was extremely long. When I arrived there was only one person ahead of me to enter the store.

I was highly satisfied because the person the attended us, named Mayra was very helpful, nice, and had a this fun to be around vibe. I enjoyed being attended by her. Hope to see her again.

After being informed that the item I went to purchase was not available o was given an alternative option that I wasn't aware was a choice. The staff members were detailed in their description of the alternative and we're able to show me how my purchase would like like before I even purchased it. The best part I was able to leave with my purchase, not directed to go elsewhere or come back to get my item.

This was my first time shopping at Pandora and I always wanted a Pandora bracelet. The employee Giana was very helpful in my experience shopping. She informed me on how to take care of my bracelet and showed me different options of bracelets and charms.

Pandora is high quality. Pandora's staffs are very helpful. Pandora jewelry is very nice Pandora is exceptional.
