A+ customer service. With first time buyers you must have a lot of patience and our salesperson definitely had that with us. Before heading to Pandora I took a look at a few bracelets and charms online so I remembered what I wanted by name. When we arrived we received a lovely welcome and our salesperson knew exactly what I wanted when I mentioned it.

The customer service rep was attentive and efficient. She acknowledged me as soon as I arrived - simultaneously while working with another customer . I’m sorry I don’t remember her name .
