Let me start off by saying up until today I’ve been disappointed with the customer service at many other locations. I walked in this store today because my mom was buying something so I decided to see if the associate could help me out with my issue. My associate emilie r resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes and didn’t give me a hard time like many other locations did. When I buy from pandora again it will be from this location or online. Emilies customer service and product knowledge needs to be acknowledged, not only was she amazing, she changed my feelings about this company! Thank you!
