Visiting Pandora at Cross County Mall was hands down the best customer experience I've had. I was acknowledge as soon as I walked in the door by Candece which was a PLUS. Candece helped me sort out an order I had previously purchased at a different location which I wasn't too satisfied with. Her patience, knowledge and friendliness made the whole experience so much better. I left with everything I needed and with a smile on my face. Again, I was really happy with the service. Candece was overall amazing.
