Lisa Marie was helpful and knowledgeable about all products we talked about. She was friendly and polite when we walked by giving us a warm welcome. She was helping someone when we walked in and advised me that she would be with me in a minute. I waited about 5 minutes, I took this time to walk around the store to see if there was anything else I wanted. When it was my turn I advised that I was looking for and birthday charm and an anniversary charm. She took out 4 charms in each category and helped pick the perfect ones for my girlfriend. Lisa Marie is an awesome saleswoman and would definitely want her to help every time I shop.

Great service and products. The layout was different and not everything was displayed. I had to ask fir what I wanted and they had to get it from the back.
