The representative Giana was extremely attentive and friendly. She was very helpful. While one of the charms I wanted was not available she still searched to see if she could find it she helped with item suggestions that ended up being a perfect fit for gifts for my sisters. She helped my son do a personalized doodle for 2 charms that will make a memorable gift for my family members. She spoke with my shy son and made him feel comfortable to make his own design. He even spoke about her after leaving the store. He is only 5 but said we had to go back to the store soon and get more charms and bring her lunch. I appreciate good customer service in this day and age and I will definitely be returning for more purchases. Good customer service is hard to find!

Giant R was very knowledgeable about the items that I went in to purchase. The store was rather hot and Giana lowered the thermostat for the store. Every item that I had saved on my wish list was available. We are new customers and 100 % satisfied with the items purchased at the moment. I am hoping I will soon find other at a discounted price for my second bracelet. I am happy so far with the construction of your charms. Keep up the good work.
