I purchased a charm that I ultimately determined that I did not like it. I was given the option of returning it, and thus, i did. The issue is that i did not sense the salesman was very experienced. He tried to help but failed. My bracelet charms had been rearranged trying to place the new charm that I ultimately returned to my satisfaction. The main issue is that since the salesman was in a rush to leave the store at the end of his work day, he did not double check how he was placing ALL the charms back in my bracelet and made a genuine mess; some are upside down and definitely not like I had them when I first entered the store this evening. He should have checked the photo taken earlier (prior to cleaning the bracelet) and also should've checked that all charms were positioned correctly by him instead of being upside down. What a mess! I will now need to go to a different store with salespeople that will listen and take their time with every customer for them to fix this mess... or fix it myself! My bracelet has 10 charms and 2 locks! This is so upsetting... such a waste of time for me!

It seemed that they are forcing me to buy in a hurry, without giving me the opportunity to see more options. They only showed me a single item and told me there was no more. I found it "buy and go "

By far the worst Pandora I have ever been too! I usually go to the one at The Westchester but decided to come here because of how close it is to my home. The staff aren't looking to solve your problem but instead they drill you on the return policy with a rude tone. I have been a customer of Pandora for over a decade and own a ton of pieces but this store treats their clients very poorly. I will never return to this location again. I ended buying an item that I really wanted while exchanging my defective bracelet and there was no compassion from the associate. Not even a smile, or a simple thank you. I won't be returning to this location ever again!
