Waited online for 30 minutes. As pairs of two came out I kept seeing pairs of two going in. As two came out a lady went ahead of me went in and held the door open for me. The moment I get in an employee by the name Giselle singled me out. Got loud with me and proceeded to tell me to wait outside but said nothing to the lady that walked in before me. When I asked her why me and not the person that walked in before me. She repeated herself with an attitude and told me to leave in a louder tone . Not a minute went by while I was waiting when they let 4 more people in before me. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN and I DONT RECOMMEND IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. IVE BEEN SHOPPING AT PANDORA FOR YEARS AND NO OTHER LOCATION EVER GAVE ME THIS TREATMENT. That experience made me want to never shop at pandora again. It was completely humiliating and I felt undervalued.

The sales associate did not shows us options for merchandise. When we shared the price range for charms we were interested in seeing she took out 3 pendants that she slammed on the counter. Her disposition was not friendly or inviting.

El representante de ventas que me atendió no fue muy amable ni tampoco eficiente en su trabajo me sentí muy decepcionada tuve una experiencia no muy buena es mi segunda visita a esta tienda y no me gustó la forma que me trataron. Está persona que me atendió tenia una actitud muy inaceptable.

customer service was poor and the wait was very long

The lady with the box braids is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude with me and I then found out she was the manager that’s sad ! And she was dressed unprofessional with a short dress and pink vans I’ve never seen anyone dress like that at any Pandora I will never return here because of her!

So it all started when I was on line with my child and my sister was on the line as well we was asked by some lady I don’t know if she was the manger of the store to stay outside she was very rude skipped us and told me I couldn’t go in the store because there was four of us and we had to wait she then asked the lady behind us to go in the store..I completely understand but the way she took care of the situation was not respectfully..if I am not mistaken her name was Daniel she was very rude and with all that happened I still purchased something at the store.

Demasiado tiempo en la fila para entrar , dieron los libros para ver mercancia mientras estuvimos en la fila ya al final casi cerrando . Mas de una hora en una fila y 30 minutos sin mover .
