I placed my order online on Wednesday to pick it up on Thursday I never received the email for me to picked up my ordered. I finally went to the store just to find out that my order was pending. I arrived at 6;30pm waited until 7:45pm when a salesperson came out to announce that not everyone was going to be able to get in because they closed at 8pm. Very unprofessional after waiting for a hour I was the 3rd person on line. Once inside being rushed and one of the items was out of stocked. So at that point I’m really upset. I’m a faithful Pandora’s customer and what happened to me is unacceptable.

I was sold a broken charm. When I returned after calling to explain the situation I was told to wait on a very long line outside. They inconvenienced me with a broken charm I don’t feel I should’ve had to wait outside the store. Poor service by rude young girls.

I paid for items that wasn’t in stock for pick at the store. Wasted my time going to the store and stand in line in the cold and still did not get what l purchase from the store website.

Terrible experience! Lashay was very unpleasant, uncivil, unmannerly and rough.When i arrived to the store she asked me to go outside and wait on the line while there were only two customers at the store and there wasn't any line outside. It was 20 degress outside, i waited 28 minutes for a customer to exit in order for me to enter. Once i entered i greeted Lashay and did not greet me at all, she replied "what are you here for". The obvious answer was to buy a charm, a birthday charm. she then rolled her eyes and sighed. All of this was unnecessary, i went to the pandora store to shop, if customers like myself dont go there to shop then she would'nt have a job. I next asked for a catalog to view the charms which they didnt have, i also asked to see the birthday charms she ignored me and went to the back to get some water. She ignored me, i asked her again to please show me the birthday charms that they have, she then told me to be more specific in what i wanted in a rude tone, she was very disgusting. I just bought a charm and left the store. I should've just left and not given Pandora anymore money.

The problem was with the return. Item was a gift return was less money and was told could not put the balance on a gift card. Just ridiculous

The sales associate was very rude and didn't open the store in a timely manner. My online order was canceled and the sales rep was not clear on the reason why and was incredibly rude to me.

At the location in Yonkers, my family and I were racially profiled by the manager. The SA was friendly but after the encounter with the manager she didn’t know how to respond. The queens center mall Sa and manger were both very friendly.

My order was cancelled a day earlier because supposedly I had order it the day before. I called customer service and the woman Raven made it even worse. Unable to fix my order. Unable to put another order in for me. Unable to let me speak to the manager. Told me that they are not able to transfer calls. Never heard that before. Then in the middle of the conversation she just stops speaking all together. Raven was completely useless. I called back spoke to another Associate still unable to fix my order but I suggested if I could call the store manager and see if my order could be fulfilled with gladly The wonderful women agreed. In store experience was way better. Had no problems there. Wonderful people running that store. But online customer service needs work !

CROSS COUNTY IS THE WORST PANDORA OF MY LIFE , workers have an attitude with customers they should tell customers at least 30 mins to shop and have consideration of customers waiting 4 hrs . Yet worker is loud and rolling her eyes , I’m buying which I’m basically paying her . I could take my money and business some where else .
