I bought rings as a gift & one of the rings have not been holding up at all. The rings have been worn only a few times & are taken care of (taken off during shower or washing hands, no harsh chemicals, lotions, or perfumes) however, the silver is still fading. Went to exchange the rings but was told she was not able to due to the condition. For the amount of money spent on the rings, I feel like they should last longer than 2 months. Jewelry from target or TJ maxx last longer than this. Extremely disappointed, especially with the return/exchange policy. If the rings were in the condition in which they were purchased, I would not need to exchange or return them.

Store manager and sales associate were unprofessional. I arrived at the store on 12/22 around 9:15pm. A store associate informed me that they were not closed yet but was trying to clear the line so I waited outside of the doors. Less than 5 minutes later another store associate came to tell me they were not accepting anymore customers because they were at capacity. I requested to speak to the manager who turned out to be the first associate I spoke to. The store manager agreed to allow me to make a purchase but complained to other customers that she was working all day and “have not seen her babies yet”. After I made my purchase I tried to thank the Store manager for allowing me to make a purchase and she did not acknowledge me. The doors were locked and I tried to ask an associate if it would be okay for me to let myself out. The store manager stood in confusion and a customer took it upon herself to unlock the door. I felt as if I was made to appear problematic when I deserved an apology for the miscommunication. I have been working customer service for over 10 years and I will not visit the Yonkers location again.

I was there for the spend $135 get a free bracelet promotion and I was told by the sales associate that I had to have a pandora credit card or be approved for one to participate in the promotion. I did not want the credit card so I was told I could not take part in the promotion.

I always like shopping at Pandora but Giovanni was horrible. The way he treated us was not pleasing at all. I just wanted a bracelet and I didn’t mention that I didn’t want any charms. He got mad and said “you should’ve just told me, I wouldn’t take out the bracelet from the display.” Later, when we were about to pay, he asked for my gmail, my sister had account with Pandora so she was putting down her email, but she thought she had to put her name, number and so on. She was filling out the online form and questions but he was super rude he yelled and said “ I only wanted your email” he repeated that atleast 5 times. Our experience was very bad and my sister was super upset. This is not what we expect from you Pandora and especially Giovanni, please be nice to your customers as you can ruin their whole day, my sister was still so nice to you and apologized. I would give you 0 star if I could. Honestly, Giovanni is horrible.

I went to the Cross County to exchange a charm i order online that i received was damaged. the young lady Marie when to the back twice the second time she comes out and says she can not exchange it. i told her on the back of my receipt it exchange in a pandora store only, and that i had called the day before she went and got the manager and i informed the manager i called then she told Marie ok if she called exchange it. My son and i were having a private conversation Marie says "Its not that serious" i informed her my time is very valuable and that my son was not speaking to her. Marie was rude and her and the manager was not very knowledgeable about the exchange policy when purchased on line. this store i will never go back to and my son goes there all the time to purchase charms no recommendation from me. I can not take rude people.

Sale Associate looked like she was not interested in helping me. I wanted to buy some charms after replacing my broken bracelet, but decided not to because she was not friendly or engaging. I will be shopping back at pandora just not at that location. Woodbury location is the best!!
