Pandora Jewelry

This was my first visit to a Pandora store & I will go to another location in the future. Gabriela A was the sales associate but she was of no help. She seemed very disinterested in helping us, almost like she didn't want to help us. It's very sad that this was our first impression at your store.

I bought some charms that were supposed to be in offert and when i arrived to my house and saw my bill the charms are in normal price, I did not know what happen

Mostly all of the merchandise i asked to see was not available in the store or did not come in my size. Sales clerk was helping multiple people at the same time and did not seem to have much knowledge about the products.

The sales associate was very rude and gave me attitude

The sales associate pressured me to open a credit card in order to get a discount

The associate that helped me was very rude not friendly. She was making foul bodily sounds trying to scratch her throat and when I ask if I could come back if my bracelet were to break again she said no that I used my one year warranty. As well as give me the wrong sized bracelet and when I came back and told her she didn’t believe and measured it walked away and handed me a different one.

The sales associate was extremely rude. I felt as if I was bothering her to gain assistance. She did not ask anything & when I questioned her she barely answered. I told her thank you anyway & she still ignored me! I will go to a different location next time

The sales associate Lashay B no. 200764 has no customer service skill. She does not know how to communicate with customers. Bad attitude and disrespectful

I just made my purchase on Saturday, today is Monday and one of the stones have fallen out.. very disappointed…!!!! I don’t believe pandora is selling quality stuff for such high prices

The sales person Giovanni was extremely rude. I'm not the kind of person who complain, as a matter of fact, I ended up making the purchase, but I didn't feel welcome by the sales agent.
