I had a damaged bracelet that is now discontinued and the sales rep said I c old try going to an outlet to see if they have it which is an hour drive away from me. Then I had to ask her to check k online to see if they have it, which she did but I had to tell her to do it. I asked to speak to the manager because she was not giving me much options, other than you have to keep the damaged product. I finally asked if I can use the amount I paid for the item and used it towards the purchase of a similar product. which the agreed to.

I purchased items on April 21, 2020. Apparently the items were not compatible with the bracelet I purchased. I was informed by a representative over the phone that I would be able to keep the free bracelet and send back the charms. However when I visited the store I was told that I could not change the bracelet because I didn’t have a receipt. Pandora charge me for the bracelet and did not provide me with a receipt so therefore I’m stuck with a bracelet that I do not want.

I stood two hours in line just to get in and the associate was asking me what I wanted even though I said I wanted to find something for a birthday girl. She didn’t seem enthusiastic and was quiet, only bringing something if I’d ask for it, after debating with myself out and loud because she was not participative in helping me find the most approppriate product and I felt like I was being a bother and that she wanted me out of there. Only reason why I made a purchase is bc my daughter’s friend really likes it otherwise I would have left despite standing in line for so long. Also during the special circumstances I think that the time inside the store should be limited in respect of those standing in line.

Sales rep left me on the floor and went to the back room and until I started to complain she came out. No music was playing. Staff was rude to everyone. Line out to the corner and they were paired up instead of individually helping customers. Service is horrible compared to other stores. I would rather drive up to ridgehill and never cross county.
