Every single time I visit this Pandora location (Cross County) I leave upset. The associates are extremely rude! I receive little to no help with my purchases. There is no catalog where I can view all charms, and the employees don’t even suggest any so I’m left wandering around the store wasting everyone’s time. I ask questions and I get short, blunt responses. This is not how customers should be treated. I am a loyal Pandora customer, I spend a lot of money here, so it’s upsetting that I am not treated with good customer service. This place needs a change in staff ASAP.

I got there a little before two stood on the line,it started raining and all.The line moved so slow,I already knew what charms I wanted.I didn’t get in the store till 4:00 and was out 5 mins later but I knew what I needed.2 hours on a line for 5 mins in the store and I had my kids with me in the rain.It was horrible

I felt like the sales rep rushed me out the store. Did not show me what i was asking for instead pushed something else on me to buy.

Sales associate was very unmannerly and rude when I entered the store. Yelled mam there’s only 2 people working here you need to wait outside! Very embarrassing and RUDE. Will not return to cross county Pandora ever

Because , it was to cold outside, the only took like 3 person inside, inside it was more people that work in Pandora that the customer.

Someone skipped the line and no staff noticed. They helped her not realizing. Then I went in the stores and let them know and they told the lady to leave. However after waiting 30 mins in the freezing cold that didn’t make it any better.

One of the sale associates that worked with me today separated all ten of my charms in to three bags for the number of people but forgot one of my charms. Charm knotted heart #798081

The associate st cross county said that because of sale it was not returnable cannot exchange for a different item . went to RidgeHill I was told that yes you can return the items and pay the different balance . On a new item. two different response in regards to the sales

Sales associate was no were near product savvy had to continuously explain myself what i needed and wanted to the sales associate. Looks like she really didn’t know much about the product wasn’t friendly or sociable, looks like didn’t like her job and was just there for a paycheck. Wasn’t really helpful when I tried telling her three times to what I wanted. And at the end gave us an extra sun and moon bracelet.
