The sales rep made my charm stuck to the bead didn’t say anything and then said I can’t do it I said np when I got home I noticed that my charm was so stuck in there that my bracelet could’ve broke and and stretched out poor service so disappointed and I’m a big fan I have over six bracelets over 600 charms so yea I don’t appreciate that service ty she needs to do better

Sonia was unfriendly. She abruptly slammed the jewelry on the glass, used her feet to kick the draws closed. She even scratched my charm on the counter.

Associates were not friendly and the speed of service was extremely slow, even with the number of people in the store. The employee who helped me didn’t even try to look for the charm I asked for, even though it said it’s in stock online.

The girl who help me was upset with someone else and since the beginning she didn’t want to help me, barely talk to me and didn’t find the necklace that I asked for, as she was not paying attention, she gave another one.

I am a frequent pandora shopper and I have always had the best experiences. I went into Cross County shopping center to purchase a gift. The sales lady was rushing me through the process, even though the store was not busy. While I knew what I wanted it would have been nice if she suggested additional items. I purchased a bracelet and charm, and told her it was for a gift. She refused to clean or wipe the the bracelet or charm. She then grabbed the bracelet put the charm on and put it in a box. I had to tell her can you please place the charm in a charm box and the bracelet in a separate bracelet box. To which she seemed annoyed. I then had to ask her for a dust bag for the bracelet and tissue paper for the bag. She quickly asked for my credit card and proceeded to speak to another customer before I even received a receipt. Next time I will go to Ridge Hill Mall or Westchester Mall where the sales people are so nice.

The manager or the salesperson of the store did not want to clean all my Pandora jewelry. She was rude, and her customer service was not to part. I was not the only customer who was encouraging t similar problem. I would never return to this store. It is a shame that only one employee from the store can cause an utterly dissatisfying experience.

The sales representative that took care of me was very serious and felt like she was rushing me. She did not look for ways to make me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase. She even offered putting the money in a gift card for a later time. I didn’t mind that but there were charms I could of gotten. But instead she rushed me get my item. Very dissatisfied, customer service should be different and employees should be more friendly in this field. Cross county mall in Yonkers, very disappointed and dissatisfied with the rep that took care of me .

Good afternoon and he young lady that took care of me rushed me through..the cleaning machine was as broken. I went in there because my hues band passed away and I wanted to have his name on my bracelet well I as only able to have a few letters you were out of the I I NEED two of them they lady seemed annoyed while putting my letters back a put them all back on top of each other. I will no ever be going back there ...
