The sales associate had no interest in helping out. Wasn’t really friendly and asked question didn’t put effort in helping. Felt kind of rushed in the store.

Store was short staffed, I was the only person in the store and waited patiently while the associate took care of a customer. A Caucasian male customer walked in after me and when the associate finished with the customer she went directly over to that person that came after me, I spoke to the male manager who originally greeted me when I walked in and told him how shameful this is and his response was oh well.

I went into Pandora to exchange a bracelet, and the associate who attended to me seemed very disinterested. I asked for the next size up in a different type of bracelet and received two sizes up, which I didn't notice until I got home. I had to make another trip to a different Pandora to resolve the issue (which was a fantastic experience - the associate was in a great mood and very helpful. Even sold me on a new charm).

I received a bracelet as a birthday gift. I went to the store to exchange ghe bracelet for a bigger size. I was told because it was past the 30 daysI could not exchange. I was past the 30 days by a week. I was treated as a nuisance and the associate dealing with me brought over a manager to further drive the point of my unable to exchange when i had already given up trying to. The sales associate and manager both had unwelcoming attitudes. I have never had a good experience within a Pandora store and will not be returning in store to do any purchase.

The salesperson(s) didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence. I had to ask one of the salesperson Brittany was she assisting someone, after stated yes she was helping someone else. Still no acknowledgement. There was on 2 customer inside the store beside me. I have shop at another Pandora stores and always is greeted even when they are busy. I will NEVER shop in Cross County store again and will inform my friends not to do so as well.

No Emploee knowledges my presence. Asked for assurances someone told me an associate would be with me shortly. Nothing happened. 10 minutes after someone finally asked me if they Wes helping me.
