After waiting more than 30 minutes outside to get in store; salesperson was a little abrupt, non attentive and seemed impatient with me selecting merchandise.

The charms pretty much sucked. Only had Disney charms as if all your customers are young. Variety was close to none and the prices were ridiculous

I came to replace a charm that I had lost, found it, after waiting around for 20 minutes to be helped with only 2 customers in the store, I purchased the item, but when I got home and added the charm to the bracelet it came rite off the clasp does not close now I know why I lost 2 charms of the same kind on this bracelet. I will be returning the charm but I’m not sure if I’ll replace it.

Upon my arrival at the store I was not greeted. I had to ask for assistance. When I did ask for the assist, the sale associate looked annoyed for me to ask her help.

The sales associate was very rude. Which ruined my shopping experience at the store.

This location was not a very welcoming one. The sales associate was very pushy and also not knowing where ALOT of things are. Also she said a comment about how much can we afford which I felt rude. She followed my boyfriend around the store which was very weird to me because I was the one looking at charms. I’m from this area where this store is and I was very surprised at thah behavior.

The sales associate was not very helpful. My first experience at this store was great in August. Then I've had 2 bad experiences at this very store. I felt rushed and very unwelcome .

Line management was terrible as was the person at the door. The way he spoke to people waiting online and letting people skip the line just awful customer service.
