The staff is very slow and I don’t if the girl assisting me and my friend was the manager but she was just minding everyone business and wasn’t focus on me and my purchase.

Salesperson Giana was very rude to my mother and I when we requested to see rings and showed us attitude and rolled her eyes she. We requested to see one of the rings in a bigger size. Made us feel very unwanted and as if we were shopping for free.

I waited on line for over 30 minutes and when it was my turn they didn’t wanted to let my sister in with me. I had to insist to them about it since I was buying it for her. They let her in but kicked her out right away

The manager costumer service skills was terrible.

I my charm. Needed fixing and I was told. No go to the pandora I purchase it from the when I said I wanted to purchase 2 more charm I was treated with respect. Only. Problem

Sales rep was rushing us out. Didn’t say it but her movements on how she was just making sure We were done when indeed we weren’t so we left and will decide to come back another time also the cleaning machine was not working when I went in to clean my bracelet

There were about 5/6 employees and they clearly seemed prepared for this covid pandemic sin inside the store there were about 6 glass shields to prevent the spread of covid but only 2 employees where Assisting customers in store. Only two customers inside the store while people would have to wait a period of 30 plus minutes just to conduct a simple transaction

Pandora sent me to the store to get a free charm when you buy a baraclet and of course no charm bad business I brought a baraclet very disappointed very disappointed

some of the associates were unfriendly and did not have an associate outside the store to direct how many people can enter!
