When I entered the store, no staff to welcome you, When I was ready to make my selection, I had to wait for attention, no one told me to wait, or that I would be right with you.

The lady that help us looked like we we're a bother when we asked questions about the sale going on and when ask to see a few charms .

They always have a show in that location the cleaning machine never works and the employees always have an attitude and the manager is very disregarding of the paying costumer

The Pandora in cross county the stuff is rude, and unprofessional they make there customers feel uncomfortable. I would have walked out but I needed to buy my niece a last minute gift . But I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PANDORA STORE IN CROSS COUNTY .

The sales person said there were charms that were not part of the sale that we was requesting but when you go online they are part of the sale that’s going on buy 2 get one free. One of the charms we was interested was Harry Potter charms

The sales representative seemed to just want to make the transaction and get it over with, she made it seem as if I should know what I wanted so she could get to the next customer. Jewelry reps should be able to suggest items as well. It wasn’t that friendly a transaction. It was business as usual. She was friendlier to her co-workers.
