The sales associate who rang me up, was taking her time after she finished up a customer who already left. Never looked at any of the 6 guest who were around the store to even say “I’ll be right with you” just no attentiveness. I just wanted one thing so today I didn’t care.

Some of the staff members weren’t as friendly and informative as others. Seems like the charms of my liking from the book weren’t available at the store or certain charms were not available.

The display was beautiful and made me go inside the store. When I got inside the employees look at me & continue their work with no welcome and continue with their customers which is understandable so I waited. When she was done she completely ignored me. Then I started to feel like I didn’t belong. I asked for help and she finally helped me and when I asked for the ring I felt like she was annoyed and wanted to be done with me already I wasn’t shown around or other items. I just picked my ring, paid, and left.

Check out process was extremely too long and it would have been easier if the manager took the time to help the associate know how to apply the birthday certificate I had to make my purchase.

Was not greeted when entered stored. Had to beg for help. Felt like I was being rushed with my selection. No recommendations or anything

The sales rep was not listening to my needs
