I purchased a a bracelet and charm the sales person placed the charm on bracelet. It was so beautiful I wore it out the store. Headed straight to my car which was a two minute walk. The charm had fallen off and I couldn’t locate it.

The space of the store felt somewhat small. At times I felt like the sales attendant felt overwhelmed, but gave good service.

I was in the store for more than 15mins, while 1 sales clerk was assisting another customer, while the rest of the staff was in the back laughing and talking, a staff had to get off her lunch to tell the rest in the back that theirs customers in the store, even though, I was still waiting to pick my birthday charm, I was ignored, while standing with my partner, while getting serviced a great deal of attitude could be seen on my sale clerk face.

Wait in the store to much the line was not organized and the employees don’t care for the costumes.

I went in for 2 items and I was not even greeted for 5 minutes by a manager and a stock girl that were only helping one other customer. The manager had to get a sales girl from the back, no greeting by her and she didn’t even know the item I wanted. The manager told her that we did, then she rang me up with an item that I didn’t ask for. No thank you or nothing. That location is not customer service oriented. Lucky Pandoras name sells itself.

The sale assosiate was rude ! She didnt gave me a lot of chance to look want i wanted to buy , she just show me couple of examples ! And she had unhappy smile in her face , that made me Feel so bad ! Mostly of sale associates at Pandora Cross County are rude !

Girls were slow and the one that took care of me seem new or look like she didn’t want to work…

I was standing waiting for assistance for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged when there were 4 associates who could have helped

My sales associate person was to worried able talk to the other associate rather than helping me it took her more than 7 mins to bring the case over just so I could look then she just walked away

They had me waiting for such a long time my mom was there so she an elder woman and was asking me why aren’t they attending me and also the sales rep pinch my moms hand putting on a try on bracelet she was just unpleasant and overall I’m not to happy either with the purchase I will be returning this back
