I automatically found what I was looking for especially with the assistance of a worker. The charms were beautiful and so were the bracelets and necklaces. I am definitely going back to purchase a necklace.

I found everything I was looking for. This store had it in stock.

Many of the items were out of stock although this is understandable seeing as it is so soon after the holiday season

Not so many items on the sale as expected. Most of the items, sharms, that been on sale wasn't available! Wanted 6, bought 2.

The store was short staffed and had a long wait

The pandora in Westchester, ny is too small. Wait list can be long and wait for a long time. The manage at this store could be friendlier, does not smile or interact with the customers in a friendly manner.

Display of jewelry was very eye catching, the sale of the pieces purchased were great.. every time I visit the store I need to purchase an item.. love it!

The store décor is nice, however my sales associate did not have any knowledge of the merchandise, she was not rude but not pleasant either.
