The stone on my ring fell out 3 months after I bought it, couldn't exchange because I did not have the receipt. I bought the coconut tree charm in Florida 6 months after the bottom broke off couldn't return it didn't have the receipt it was a gift. Considering how expensive the charms are I think the quality should be better especially the rhinestones, nevertheless I love Pandora

Something I wanted wasn't available at this location. Although the sales associate that was helping me didn't know answers to the questions I had, other associates were able to assist me.

Because I went before and 45 minutes before closing the manager was not allowing customers in because according to her there was too many people. I think it was rude specially for customers like me that traveled 2 hours away to make a purchase and I told her I knew what I went for. The regular associate tried to help but the manager said no. She didn’t even try. But I went back just because I had to and the girl was nice. I won’t go back there though.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience due to the availability of the merchandise. The sales leader was very knowledgeable and gave me great service with a smile. I find that the charms were expensive and the store didn’t have some of the reasonable prices the on line store offered.
