I had to wait on line longer than I planned, I did not find everything I was looking for and I pretty much rushed to make a decision.

The waiting time to enter the store took us one hour. We need to do much better on that.

I am just truly satisfied with my Pandora experience and it’s service. It was good and average. Nothing special but they did a good job of protecting our health and safety.

There weren't a wide variety of charms for the bracelet my son bought me., however I will be returning to use my Birthday gift card.

The manager and sales associates were excellent! I was just unhappy about having to stand on line outside for a long period of time before entering the store but that is not the fault of the salespeople.

I was in the line to enter the store for more than 20 minutes.
