The Sales Associate was the Lead Associate...she was excellent, but unable to give her attention to me as the customer...the additional Associates were requesting assistance and she was attending to make sure the ogher customers were attended to. I recommend that the Lead doesn't attend customers just float & assist when necessary.

The associate was not that knowledgeable. I had to wait for a manager. Some if the codes that are used online should be able to be used in the store like the birthday one .

The prices are too high for the quality of items. I will like to receive more offers, more sales . The waiting are to go inside should have chairs and be more comfortable for clients specially in rainy days and cold weather.

I purchased charms at full price that are currently being offered as sale items at Jared. With a difference in price being over 50%. With this being my first Pandora Charm bracelet and spend over $500.00 my first purchase no sale items were even shown to me.

I was satisfied with my with everything. I just had an issue with some of the prices because they were different than the amount showed to me online but overall great experience.

The wait outside was 2 hours and the items that I was looking were not available.

While waiting outside, an associate came out, young lady, that was clueless. After speaking with her, the customer in front of me and behind me left. I asked a question, she never came back with an answer; She was respectful and professional just not helpful. In the inside Tiffany provided EXCEPTIONAL service. I will ask for her on my next visit. I realize they were short staffed also. Overall, they were all trying to do their jobs. I know it is not easy working with customer service.
