just had to wait more than 45 minutes to get into the store

I had an issue with an order and associate was not trying to look for my receipt

I purchased 2 Pandora horse shoe on line, when my order was ready I went to pick it up to my surprise the horse shoe was so small they put the both of them in the same box. That wasn’t the problem, the problem was it can’t be use on the pandora bracelet it’s to small. They shouldn’t even have that one with the regular charms. The item should be much bigger to see, and wear. Very disappointed. The other items I purchase , I was very happy with the merchandise.

Great customer service.

1. Because the COVID situation the line is more long the habitually. 2. The merchandise is less in the store. 3. Online need more details for the charms but I buy for the smallest brazalete is very confused.

The representative was knowledgable and friendly. The representative was also professional and neat. The quality of the merchandise I purchased exceeded my expectations.

I was looking for a particular stuff but I didn’t find that and after I came gone I searched online that stuff they have in plenty...

I was assisted by the Lead Associate, who was very nice but unable to give her time to assist me. She was being pulled by the other associates to help & assist & she was making sure things were moving swiftly in the store. That lead to her not being attentive to me as the customer. I did ask for the other associates who was assisting my Friend who never been in a Pandora store & I recommended my Friend to share in your items that I truly LOVE. This was my 1st time not happy at a Pandora store & I visit in other countries, St. Thomas, Jamaica etc.
