The sales person was excellent her service I loved it was just the long wait outside in a line with the cold weather hopefully next time will be faster that’s all and more than one merchandise was not available of charms but in overall was excellent

I truly love pandora however the availability of products is not available they need to do some inventory work . I also love a sale it give me the opportunity to purchase items I can’t afford at regular price both for myself and friends & family

This was my first time in a pandora store. The merchandise I was seeking as a gift for someone was not in the store or online.

I had to wait 30 minutes outside in a line in the cold. I wish the process was faster. If I didn’t need to get the gift for my daughter’s birthday, I wouldn’t have waited.

The line was so long and as people were leaving the store they only had one person come out to get the people from the line but then they stopped. They should have two lines one for the customers who are getting a different size and then one for the customers who are buying.
