One of the reasons I decided to go in was to clean my bracelets and charms. The sales associate shared that the machine was broken and therefore couldn’t clean my jewelry.

The line that I had to wait outside in the cold. The sales rep was amazing but another rep continuously kept interrupting as she was helping us. The other rep had a bad attitude and was disgusting to the young lady helping me.

Most items that I was looking for were out of stock. I purchased a safety chain, only to get home and discover a stone missing.
