i went to get a mother’s day gift and something for myself, i had to take my bracelet off yo put a charm i purchased. the lady took my bracelet my charms stared falling off and she gave me attitude when i told her my charms were on the floor and says get it i had to go behind the register to pick my already purchased charms off the floor

The wait time outside the store was a little too long. If the wait time would been cut down, also once I got into the store it took another five minutes before someone helped me. I would have rated highly satisfied if the wait time and customer service were a little quicker.

In the past customers were always given a book to browse in before making a purchase now that does not happen. The associate was a little rude when I asked to see the book on the counter. She said “No you can’t touch the book” she quickly removed the book. They didn’t have any extra books in the store.

So prior to us entering the store one of the associates who I believe was the manager on duty came out screaming to the line that we were supposed to be on the other side of the rope and rolled her eyes at us. Also, we witnessed this same individual get very rude with a mother who was trying to shop and purchase items for her 3 minor children. I expect employees to try and keep us safe during this time, but they should be professional enough to communicate the request in a respectful manner.
