I lasted 42 minutes on line. I understand due to COVID there are new protocols to keep us all safe but when 2 of the representatives finished with customers they started to chat. The representatives waited another 13 minutes to let me in the store. It’s not like they were sanitizing , they were chatting and walking around the store.

It was my first time to a Pandora store taken there by my sister who encouraged me to treat myself and I really enjoyed the atmosphere I will return again great customer service
