Immediately walked in and was told I had to wait until someone was available and 5 minutes later someone walked in and they took care of that person. One of the employees saw and said I will assist you in a few minutes. That should not have happened. They should of said, who is next or have a book with the customer name to attend to.

No one was attending people coming into store, to provide line. I had to ask sales girl where do I wait to be next

I just feel people have to be exceptional and that wasn’t the experience. The store reps were nice, polite, and courteous, but I don’t believe they went beyond and above. Overall it was a good experience! I left the store with a gift for my nieces sweet 16!! Thank you 😊

It seem like the worker her very little experience. And really couldn't some of the questions I asked about some of the items I was purchasing. But she showed interest in helping us. with time it looks like she can be a good employee.

The sale associate seem to be overwhelmed, she did not have patience with me changing my mind on my original selection. Then while she was opening the necklace bag, she stuck herself with a staple. From that point on she excused herself,came back and cleaned her wound with hand sanitizer. She didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered.
