I wish there were more options for elephant charms. I also would have appreciated a sale or promotion. Those are the only things

There were only 2 options for what I was looking for. There should be a bigger variety for yellow gold/gold over silver stud earrings. There were only 2 for me to select from. Online you have more options, however, I did not have the time to order and wait for a delivery. It was a last minute purchase but I hoped for more options.

The store was very busy do to on going sale. The store was not stocked with the items in need due to the sale. Love the buy 2 get 1 sale

I was very satisfied my online order wasn’t there yet but store manager was helpful in preparing my order as I needed it for an occasion

Staff was kind, however the lack of staff is what made my experience bad. Again staff was lovely More staff would have sped up the process.

I didn’t feel that the associate was too pleasant. I tried making conversation and also tried to get her opinion and she didn’t offer nor suggested anything that i was looking for. At the end of my transaction i had to even ask to place my items in a box.

Sales person was very friendly and helpful. The store was well lit , and I was 1 of three customers in the store. It wasn't crowded and overwhelming?
