There’s not to much options of charms that are gold plated it limits the selection for a gold plated bracelet

We were not even greeted when we came into the store. There were 4 associates there. It felt more like they just wanted us to get in and out quickly. So I bought what I was looking for and didn't care to look for anything else.

Being Satisfied enough is good,one doesn't necessarily have to be highly satisfied

This is being completely honest. Entering the store wasn't welcoming. There were two workers talking and looked a little bothered when entering. The visit was just ok. For being a valued customer for years, I was pleased with my purchase because I got new accessories.

I usually look for 2 of the same items. It wasn’t available

One of the sales associate was doing an inventory check when I clearly needed help. Another associate was busy with a customer and another was cleaning my bracelet
