I wanted to clean my bracelet. I was told this service was not available due to the season. The recommendation was to purchase the Cleaning solution.

I thought the man at the door was very rude. He was on a break when I enter the store and then when he came back, he was controlling the line outside and made a comment that I just slipped in the store ahead of his other customers. Though there was no one on the line when I came into the store, he was sarcastic I did not like it.
