My experience at pandora today was at satisfactory level but only on the basis of not receiving what I wanted. The august and Virgo charms were not available at this store which was disappointing for the month being August. I believe stock should be continuous for those monthly products

The first associate greeted us with a given us a moment , when a question was asked. And no customer at the counter. No smile ,no welcome we will be with you in a moment. My only complaint. Second associate was much more helpful

I like in the Bronx, this location is out of the way. Usually go to the Bay Plaza location but they did not have what I needed in stock.

i was satisfied with my pandora experience. the customer service was great the people were polite. prices were acceptable and not too pricey.

I’m 8 months pregnant & visited the store on my birthday, they didn’t have the charms I wanted in stock so I ended up getting a bracelet instead. The wait time was a little long but the staff was friendly
