I WAS VERY PLEASED ON HOW I WAS TREATED WHILE I SHOPPED AT PANDORA. EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR WAS AVAILABLE AND THE PERSON THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY PLEASANT. NORMALLY SHOPPING AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME IS STRESSFUL BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND I WASN'T STRESSED AT ALL. I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE

The sales associate greeted me warmly as soon as I arrived. She was assisting another client, but made a point of letting me know, she would be with me shortly. She also provided feedback on what she thought would be a good fit in terms of charms for my bracelet. There were also helpful suggestions on the best way to clean my charms and bracelet.

Walked in no line. The associate was very friendly. She helped me pick a great charm and bracelet for my mom. My experience was awesome!
