Staff was friendly, we were greeted as soon as we entered the store and they were available to help.

I love the products they are beautiful. In this visit I was looking for something specific for my charm bracelet and was not sure if the store would have it. The sale rep was very nice and helpful and assured me that the item was in the stock.
