I attempted to make a purchase online three days in a row, searching for gifts. This was my reason for visiting the store, what I attempted to purchase was sold out. However, the web page did not specify which items were no longer available. The representative, viewed my email, provided what was available and also made offer for an alternative item.

Ana, the sales clerk was very helpful making the best selection to our satisfaction. Her level of courteous, and friendliness made the transaction satisfying.
