The sale person was friendly, upbeat, knowledge and very welcoming. I have visited before several times and had to walk out the store because of no assistance. I keep going back because I do like the products.

This was my first pandora experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sales associates and she informed me that someone will be with me shortly. The sales associate who helped me was Felisha and she is truly a gem! She is knowledge, kind, and efficient. I explained to her that it was my first time in the pandora and I was looking for a bracelet for my mom. Felisha went above and beyond to help me design something that was beautiful and personalized just for my mother. She asked the necessary questions to uncover my needs, suggested a variety of charms and even had me try on the bracelet band since my mother was not present. She has a very warm and welcoming presence about her! it was easy choosing a bracelet and charms with her help. The check out process was just as easy and efficient. she hit all the customer touchpoints that is expected when a customer comes in!I can tell all the associates are great because the customers before me all left with smiles on their faces. I am very happy with my purchase,I didn't think twice about the cost!!!!! Once again, thanks to Felisha and the Pandora team at cross county, I got my mom a gift she will love for a lifetime!
