I saw the item on line and was told it was available in my store. As soon as I walked in the item was right in front of me.

The salesperson Sonia was very helpful and pleasant. Sonia noticed that my Pandora bracelet clasp would not close. She check my profile and spoke to her manger and was able to replace my bracelet, thanks to Manager as well. My last visit to the store was not pleasant at all, but I took a chance and went to that location again. I'm glad I did and my next visit, I will go directly to Sonia.

Ms. Candece, was not only knowledgeable about the product, I forgot my bank card to pay with and she asked me did you change bags? Im sure it's home if you didn't take it out today. I became worried and distracted. HER Patience and kindness calmed me down. I went home Viola! the card was in the bag. I called her to thank her. This is the type of HUMAN service you want. A great Shout out to her!! A very grateful Great Grandmother. I did purchase my bracelet with another card.Love Pandora!!!
