Emilie was amazing the whole time, she was very patient with me in showing me different necklaces and pendant and was very gentle and nice so I was truly happy that she found what I needed.

Sales staff were lovely, we spent 1 hour and 40 minutes outside in a queue but once we got in the store the staff were brilliant

Very easy and friendly way to exchange my bracelets Size I had bought online. No hassle at all and I end up getting a ring, sales girl was very friendly and helpful!!
