The merchandise was beautiful; the salesgirl was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personable; and the store layout was very attractive. Most importantly, my wife was quite thrilled with our purchase. Though I indicated that I would re-visit the store within 90 days "based on this experience," we're actually visiting N.Y.C. just briefly, so a near-future visit to this particular store is unlikely.

Our sales associate Ms Candece Z was both professional and knowledgeable. She was patient and so very delicate with my bracelets. I went in for help dividing my charms from one bracelet to another . I was super satisfied with how both bracelets looked.
